Box office phone hours are 10:30am to 4pm Monday-Friday.
On performance weekends online sales close the Friday prior at 12 pm. The Performing Arts Center box office is open for ticket sales the Saturday before each concert beginning at 3 pm and on concert Sundays at 12 pm. That box office is reachable at (914) 251-6200 or in person.
Our administrative offices are located in Downtown White Plains, in the New York Power Authority Building, directly across from the Galleria Mall. Please call before visiting as office hours vary.
